Join our Supply Strategy team and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of operations, analytics, and e-commerce. In this role, you will support strategic initiatives by analysing supplier performance, optimising inventory and replenishment processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Buying, Operations, Markets, and Tech. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and motivated student looking to deepen their understanding of supply chain strategy in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities

Support the Supply Strategy team in analyzing supplier performance, inventory flows, and assortment strategies

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and decision templates for internal stakeholders

Conduct data analyses to identify optimization potentials in sourcing, allocation, and replenishment processes

Support cross-functional projects in collaboration with Buying, Operations, Markets, and Tech teams

Assist in ad-hoc analyses and strategic initiatives related to supplier management

Contribute to documentation and process standardization within the Supply Strategy department
Requirements

Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field

Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working

Very good knowledge of MS Excel; experience with PowerPoint is required

Interest in supply strategy, operations, and e-commerce or fashion retail

Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment

Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus

Availability to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester
