As a Clearing Specialist, you maintain high data quality and ensure that physical goods and digital processes match.
An item is missing, doesn’t match the order, or stock is incorrect?
You step in, support your colleagues on the warehouse floor, and help bring customer orders back on track.
Your Tasks:
This is not an office job – you work directly in the warehouse and help solve daily operational issues.
- Check storage locations and correct items or stock directly in the system
- Compare delivery documents with system data (WMS/SAP)
- Clarify missing, damaged, or incorrect items in the warehouse
- Create and update articles in the system when needed
- Handle problem cases reported by colleagues (via tickets or directly on site)
- Work closely with inbound, picking, packing, shipping and inventory, quality management, control center inbound
- Document errors and help find solutions to avoid them in the future
- Support colleagues, explain processes when issues occur and identify training needs
- Identify recurring problems and help improve daily processes in cooperation with your Operations Manager
- Assist during audits and quality checks
- Perform small technical checks (e.g. label printers) and correct minor errors if necessary
Your Qualification:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or production is a plus – but not required
- You enjoy solving problems and helping others
- Experience with MS Office, proficiency with software (WMS, scanners, or similar)
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)

- Polish C1
- English minimum B1
- German nice to have
