As a Supplier Delivery Management Specialist, you support the smooth execution of our inbound supply chain by ensuring transparency on purchase orders and deliveries. You actively track delivery status, follow up on open topics, and help resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
Your responsibilities include:

Track purchase orders and deliveries to maintain a clear overview of delivery status and timelines

Follow up proactively with suppliers and internal teams on open deliveries or delays

Identify discrepancies (e.g. delays, missing or incorrect deliveries) and support their resolution

Maintain and update delivery-related information in relevant systems to ensure data accuracy and transparency

Monitor planned vs. actual delivery timelines and highlight deviations

Support communication between Buying, Logistics, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery processes

Contribute to improving tracking and communication processes within the team

Provide regular updates on delivery status and open topics
Your Profile

Completed commercial training or a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion management or a related field

Initial experience in the fashion/textile/ or e-commerce industry, ideally in an operational or supply chain context

Structured and detail-oriented way of working

Strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different stakeholders

Confident use of MS Office Application, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)

Experience with SAP, Jira, or similar tools is a plus

Good English skills (written and spoken), German is a plus
