About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our product content. In this role, you will review product photos and descriptions produced by our external service providers against our internal guidelines, approving or rejecting them as needed. You will ensure quality compliance by providing clear and effective feedback to our service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate product images and descriptions according to company guidelines
- Approve or reject content based on quality criteria
- Provide clear and timely feedback to external partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines precisely
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in quality control or content review is an advantage
- Capability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work from our Varna office 3 days per week
