As a Junior Accountant in our Accounts Payable team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our supplier payments and supporting daily finance operations. Responsibilities:

• Process incoming supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations 

• Perform invoice matching against purchase orders and goods receipts 

• Maintain communication with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues 

• Monitor payment due dates and assist in preparing payment runs 

• Support month-end closing activities including account reconciliations 

• Maintain up-to-date supplier records in the ERP system 

• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation 

• Collaborate with other departments such as Procurement and Logistics to ensure smooth workflows 

Qualifications:

• University degree in accounting, finance, or related field  

• Basic understanding of financial processes and AP workflow 

• Good command of English (German is a plus) 

• Attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset 

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
