We're looking for an HR Operations expert with solid international experience who enjoys being at the center of employee support and HR administration. This role offers broad exposure across multiple countries, covering everything from contracts and HR systems to payroll coordination and benefits administration. It's a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders, and wants to play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience while ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes.
Main Responsibilities

First point of contact for our international and german employees

Responsible for all HR employee life cycle processes in the HRIS & maintenance of accurate electronic people data

Taking care of contracting for several countries

Coordinate outsourced payroll management and liaison ensuring information is correct and within relevant payroll cut-off dates

Ensure that all aspects of compensation and pay management are appropriately administered

Making sure that all benefits are granted for the different countries

Working together with Business Partners and P&O Partners like Timemanagement and Compensation & Benefits
Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies

Experience with HR Operations (minimum 5 years).

Knowledge and understanding of statutory requirements associated with HR Operations in multiple countries

Highly organized with ability to plan, prioritize and multitask daily service/ work requests

Skills for Microsoft Office and HRIS (SuccessFactors)

Excellent communication skills, Flexibility and willingness to get responsibility

Analytical and project management abilities

Fluent in Spanish and English, German would be great

Office in Malaga, 1-2 days in Person
