Als Senior Internal Auditor (m/w/d) spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle in den globalen Geschäftsabläufen des Unternehmens, indem du sowohl Finanz- als auch Betriebsprüfungen durchführst. In dieser Position arbeitest Du eng mit dem Management und wichtigen Stakeholdern zusammen, um Geschäftsrisiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und die jeweiligen Abteilungen hinsichtlich der Verbesserung von Kontrollen zu beraten.
Deine Aufgaben

Durchführung interner Prüfungen und Ad-hoc-Aufträge in allen Geschäftsbereichen, mit Fokus auf Finanz- und Betriebsprüfungen.

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management und relevanten Stakeholdern, um wichtige Risiken und Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren.

Identifizierung und Anwendung von Datenanalysen zur Unterstützung von Prüfungsaufträgen.

Entwicklung von umsetzbaren Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung in den geprüften Bereichen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftspartnern.

Vorbereitung und Präsentation der Prüfungsergebnisse vor allen relevanten Stakeholdern.

Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Berichten, die die Ergebnisse der Prüfungen zusammenfassen.

Überprüfung, ob die empfohlenen Maßnahmen der Prüfung rechtzeitig von den Prozessverantwortlichen umgesetzt wurden.
Deine Qualifikationen

Universitätsabschluss (Bachelor / Master) in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer ähnlichen Qualifikation.

Zertifizierung als Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) oder Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) von Vorteil.

Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der internen oder externen Revision, idealerweise im Bereich (Mode-)E-Commerce oder in Tech-/Datenunternehmen.

Fundiertes Verständnis des Finanz- und Betriebsrisikomanagements.

Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, Teams und Funktionen zu kommunizieren.

Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel (oder vergleichbar), sowie Erfahrung im Sammeln, Klassifizieren und Analysieren von Daten.
