As part of our long-term succession planning, we are looking for a POS Application Consultant (all genders) to play a key role in the continued development of our LS Central / LS Retail landscape. In this strategic position, you will gradually take ownership of our company-wide POS system while benefiting from a structured onboarding process and comprehensive knowledge transfer. As the central point of contact for our retail stakeholders, you will contribute significantly to the stability, continuous improvement, and future development of our retail systems.
Your Responsibilities

Provide support and guidance to Site and Store Managers, Head Cashiers, LS Central Business Partners, and SAP Retail users

Drive the continuous development and optimization of our company-wide POS system

Advise business departments on the effective use of LS Central and identify and implement process improvements

Administer user accounts and permissions, and design and deliver end-user training

Monitor NAS services and scheduled jobs, and analyze and resolve Service Desk tickets

Create, maintain, and continuously improve system and process documentation
Your Qualifications

Completed IT education or several years of professional experience in a comparable role

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail

Hands-on experience with the setup, configuration, and administration of LS Hardware Stations and Navision Application Servers (NAS)

Solid understanding of system administration, performance optimization, and user and permission management

Experience designing and delivering end-user training

Good knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server 2022 or later); experience with Reporting Services as well as TSE and EFT solutions is an advantage

A structured and self-driven working style with a strong service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Fluent German language skills and good English language skills (minimum B2 level)
