Your Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing product organization while shaping the overall customer experience as part of the technology leadership team

Define and execute a customer-centric product strategy, from data-driven discovery and roadmapping to delivery and performance measurement

Drive user engagement and customer value by developing products that improve satisfaction, conversion, and long-term loyalty

Foster strong collaboration with Business Unit teams, Engineering, Analytics, UX/UI, and Demand teams

Align closely with peer product areas (Discover, Checkout) to deliver a seamless end-to-end user experience

Define, track, and continuously optimize KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion, NPS, A/B testing), ensuring measurable business impact

Create compelling product narratives to drive alignment and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
Your Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a Director or VP-level product leadership role in a top-tier digital organization

Proven track record of building successful e-commerce products and driving user engagement at scale

Strong expertise in data-informed product management, combining quantitative and qualitative insights

Experience in conversion optimization, user engagement strategies, and ideally loyalty programs

Demonstrated ability to build and lead empowered, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment, leveraging AI tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives

Strong command of English (mandatory); German is a plus
