Are you passionate about shaping the growth and development of employees at all levels? Do you have experience in designing and implementing innovative learning interventions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join BESTSECRET SE as a Learning & Development Specialist.
This is a full-time position, limited to 16 months as a parental leave cover.
Your responsibilities:
· Instructional Design: You will independently design digital learning formats – from virtual trainings to self-guided learning content. You use engaging elements such as gamification to create learning experiences that are motivating, practical, and focused on developing relevant skills.
· LMS Implementation and Content Management: You will support the implementation and content management of our new LMS, with the goal of curating relevant content for our employees.
· Platform Administration and Editorial Management: You will manage and maintain our existing learning platforms, take care of user management, and actively identify opportunities to curate relevant and engaging learning content.
· Coordination of External Trainings: You will analyze and evaluate role-specific development needs and coordinate external training opportunities in close collaboration with our Procurement team.
· Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: You will work closely with HR and management to identify learning needs and ensure our programs align with organizational goals and our company culture.
· Evaluate Program Effectiveness: You will gather feedback and analyze data to assess the impact of our learning activities and continuously drive improvements.
Your qualifications:
· Comprehensive expertise in Learning & Development, Training, Adult Learning, Psychology, or a related field – whether through formal education or hands-on work.
· Proven experience in implementing and managing an LMS, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
· Strong instructional design background and solid knowledge of adult learning principles and methods.
· Facilitation and presentation skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
· Fluency in both German and English.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
