YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently manage operations of our store and take responsibility for the smooth running of daily activities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage the development of store staff
- Analyze sales metrics (KPIs) and implement measures to improve store performance
- Enforce legal regulations and internal company guidelines
- Close collaboration with the Retail Management department and other stakeholders
- Coordinate and implement internal projects and initiatives at the store level
- Ensure high standards of customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Maintain aesthetic presentation, product displays, and store image in accordance with brand standards
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- At least several years of experience in a similar management role
- Responsibility, organized work style, and analytical abilities
- Strong proficiency with KPIs and the ability to develop sales strategies
- Clear leadership competencies and talent for inspiring others
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness, even in stressful situations
- Passion and an eye for fashion, trends, and designers
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
