We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager Logistics (m/f/d) to lead and develop warehouse operations at our site in Poland, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a modern, automated logistics environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations (e.g. Inbound, Stow/Pick, Outbound)
• Oversee and control external logistics service providers on-site
• Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance
• Drive process excellence and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, CI)
• Implement and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
• Review and optimize capacity planning, staffing, and productivity
• Identify and implement automation, WMS and process optimization tools
• Lead strategic site development and operational scaling
• Act as key interface for internal stakeholders, partners, customers and BESTSECRET Germany
• Collaborate closely within a team of other Operations Managers, ensuring alignment and operational excellence across all areas

Your Profile:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar
• 5+ years experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or production
• Proven leadership experience in operations / site management
• Strong expertise in KPI management, Lean Management, and process optimization
• Experience with automated material flow systems, WMS, ERP (e.g. SAP), Excel, Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills at all levels
• Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2), German is a plus
