Your Responsibilities
· Assist in onboarding new suppliers to our EDI/Supplier portal by providing clear guidance on procedures.
· Help define and maintain onboarding timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
· Update onboarding status and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
· Send reminders, follow up on pending actions, and schedule meetings as needed.
· Monitor KPIs related to onboarding, hypercare and live operations and report progress to all stakeholder.
· Act as a liaison between suppliers, internal teams (Buyers, Supplier Management, Tech, Finance), and external service providers.
· Ensure smooth collaboration and timely information flow across all parties.
· Provide first-level support for our suppliers. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for onboarding and supplier connectivity processes.
· Participate in internal reviews and optimization projects to enhance efficiency.
· Support testing and go-live of supplier connections (e.g. test cases, basic EDI / portal smoke tests for ASNs and invoices)
· Create and update internal overviews (e.g. supplier onboarding lists, status trackers, KPI dashboards) to give transparency to all stakeholders.
Requirements for the Role:
· Completed degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or IT.
· Experience in onboarding projects or supplier integration activities.
· Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), German is a plus.
· Reliable and solution-oriented working style, with a hands-on attitude and commitment to follow through on tasks.
· Customer service mindset with a friendly, solution-oriented approach to handle inquiries.
· Basic understanding of supply chain processes or electronic data interchange (EDI).
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
· Experience with SAP and JIRA is a plus
· Curiosity and willingness to learn technical systems and integration workflows
· First experience with supplier portals or EDI service providers (e.g. B2B portals like Btwentyfour or similar) is a plus
· Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate several suppliers and onboarding tracks in parallel.
