Your Responsibilities:
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key vendors/sellers on the marketplace. Act as the main point of contact and advocate for their needs within the organization.
- Business Growth and Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for partners. Identify and seize opportunities to expand product offerings, increase sales, and maximize profitability.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics for assigned accounts, such as sales trends, product performance, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to propose action plans for improvement and optimization.
- Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate pricing, and promotional opportunities with vendors to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and competitive advantage.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including merchandising, marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of vendor-related initiatives and resolve any issues promptly.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare regular reports on account performance and present findings to management and stakeholders. Use these insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs and marketplace dynamics.
- Good commercial acumen (pricing, margin, revenue drivers).
- Basic knowledge of marketplace operations (onboarding, catalog management, fulfillment models).
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing levers is an advantage.
- Hands-on approach with high ownership, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments while effectively, prioritizing tasks.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities with commercial confidence.
