We are looking for an additional colleague as an ICS & Risk Analyst (all genders) to join our team and provide effective support to our Head of ICS, RM, and IA. You will continuously optimize, monitor, and improve our Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Risk Management System (RMS) to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Your Responsibilities

Active support the further development and optimization of our internal control system (ICS) in relevant business areas.

Oversee documentation, conduct periodic reviews, assess effectiveness, and ensure the correct implementation of our risk prevention measures.

Prepare status reports to track the effectiveness of ICS and RM (e.g., ICS testing).

Actively assist in creating periodic risk assessments, regularly updating the risks, and maintaining the risk register.

Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams, such as Supply, Logistics, Finance, P&O, and the Tech department.

Act as a second line of defense and collaborate actively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Your Qualifications

University degree (Bachelor’s / Master’s) in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar qualification.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience, either in a consulting company or as part of an ICS/RM/IA team.

Previous work experience in Fashion, E-commerce, or a Tech/Data company is a plus.

Knowledge of RM methodologies and ICS frameworks (e.g., COSO).

Strong analytical skills and process-oriented thinking, combined with a hands-on mentality and a high level of initiative to drive new and optimize existing processes/controls.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
