We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to lead our European recruitment organization and strengthen our employer brand across all markets. 

In this role, you will define and execute BESTSECRET’s overarching talent strategy across Europe, ensuring scalable, data-driven, and high-quality hiring practices across all business functions. You will lead, inspire, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Employer Branding specialists, building a high-performing organization that delivers exceptional candidate experiences and sustainable growth. 

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will shape workforce planning, drive talent intelligence, and position BESTSECRET as an employer of choice.  

 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Define and execute BESTSECRET’s European talent acquisition strategy, building scalable and high-quality recruitment processes aligned with business growth. 

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Employer Branding specialists, setting clear goals and standards for excellence. 

  • Employer Branding: Shape and implement a compelling employer branding strategy, strengthening BESTSECRET’s EVP and talent marketing across Europe. 

  • Hiring Excellence: Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring consistent processes, strong assessments, and an outstanding candidate experience. 

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, partnering closely to deliver on hiring goals and workforce planning. 

  • Data & Continuous Improvement: Drive performance through clear KPIs, analytics, and continuous optimization of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. 

 

Your Qualifications:  

  • 8 + years of talent acquisition experience, including a minimum of 4+ years managing a recruitment team. 

  • Experience supporting different regions is required. 

  • Proven success leading scaling and leading teams, with a track record of growth and development to drive high performance. 

  • Deep understanding of sales/commercial roles, competencies and market trends. 

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example. 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with and influence all levels of business leaders. 

  • Ability to utilize data effectively to drive performance and influence change across the TA landscape.
