Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all Retail roles in Poland, from job posting to onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Provide expert advisory support on Polish labor law and HR policies
- Ensure legal compliance across all HR processes, employment contracts, and organizational changes
- Serve as a trusted partner for employees and line managers on HR-related matters
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, monitor and improve data accuracy, HR workflows, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in HR management or a comparable role within Poland
- Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR system administration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Polish and English, German skills are considered an advantage
