Job Description
Team:  Human Resources
Job Location:  Remote, Poland
Position Type:  Permanent, Full-time
Work Flexibility:  Hybrid, Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all Retail roles in Poland, from job posting to onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
  • Provide expert advisory support on Polish labor law and HR policies
  • Ensure legal compliance across all HR processes, employment contracts, and organizational changes
  • Serve as a trusted partner for employees and line managers on HR-related matters
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, monitor and improve data accuracy, HR workflows, and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in HR management or a comparable role within Poland 
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR system administration
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in Polish and English, German skills are considered an advantage
