HR Generalist International
- First point of contact for our international employees, especially in Bulgaria
- Responsible for all HR employee life cycle processes in the HRIS & maintenance of accurate electronic people data
- Taking care of contracting for several countries
- Coordinate outsourced payroll management and liaison ensuring information is correct and within relevant payroll cut-off dates
- Ensure that all aspects of compensation and pay management are appropriately administered
- Making sure that all benefits are granted for the different countries
- Working together with Business Partners and P&O Partners like Time management and Compensation & Benefits
Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies
- Experience with HR Operations (minimum 5 years).
- Knowledge and understanding of statutory requirements associated with HR Operations in multiple countries
- Knowledge of payroll and pension management in Poland and other countries
- Experience with payroll providers such as deel or remote would be appreciated
- Highly organized with ability to plan, prioritize and multitask daily service/ work requests
- Skills for Microsoft Office and HRIS (SuccessFactors)
- Excellent communication skills, Flexibility and willingness to get responsibility
- Analytical and project management abilities
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English, German would be great
- Office in Varna, 3 days p/w in person
