As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles across BESTSECRET – from Engineering and Product to Data, IT, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, implement effective hiring strategies, and deliver top tech talent that drives our growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple business functions, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for technology positions across multiple business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, engage, and assess candidates to build strong talent pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Use data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
- Represent BESTSECRET’s employer brand in all candidate interactions.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Experience managing hiring for tech roles across various levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
