As a Senior Workplace Engineer (all genders), you will play a key role in advancing a secure and flexible IT infrastructure that optimally supports our modern ways of working.
Your Responsibilities

Manage and administer our endpoint landscape (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Collaborate closely with our IT security team, particularly on endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, and patch management.

Advise on, plan, and implement various Microsoft 365 technologies and modern workplace solutions.

Create and adapt scripts (PowerShell and/or Bash) to automate and optimize processes.

Package and distribute software, and troubleshoot issues in both Windows and macOS environments.

Conduct training sessions for end users and IT colleagues to promote the secure and efficient use of our IT tools.
Your Qualifications

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune and/or Azure Virtual Desktop.

In-depth experience with PowerShell.

Successfully completed education or degree in IT.

Practical experience in managing Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS systems.

Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and other Microsoft 365 and Entra products is a plus.

Ideally, you hold certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Modern Desktop, Security, SharePoint, or Teams Administrator) and have experience with the Qualys Cloud Platform.

Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus), with an analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive working style.
