Responsibilities

• Empower business analysts and other stakeholders in performing data analysis by helping them locate appropriate data, recommending analytical techniques, and conducting peer reviews.

• Conduct advanced data analyses and support experiments to rapidly deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Apply data analysis best practices and dashboarding concepts, providing expert guidance to business analysts and cross-functional teams.

• Develop and optimize clear and intuitive dashboards within the organization's BI platform, ensuring alignment with the varying needs of stakeholders.

• Identify, evaluate, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing clarity, predictive value, and feasibility.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into effective analytical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Business Economics, or Computer Science.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear analytical questions and solve them systematically.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong fundamentals in data analytics, including analytical design, data structures, and visualization methodologies.

• Previous experience working with Looker or comparable BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).

• Strong analytical mindset, hands-on approach, proactive problem-solving abilities, and solution-oriented attitude.

• Excellent English communication skills, with proven ability to actively listen to stakeholders and clearly convey ideas and recommendations.
