YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing staff in close cooperation with the Store Manager
- Coordinating and implementing current operational activities
- Supporting the Store Manager in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, management and development of store staff
- Strategically shaping sales in cooperation with the Store Manager
- Analyzing economic indicators and implementing resulting measures
- Deputizing for the Store Manager in their duties
- Supporting internal company projects
