Responsibilities

  • Take charge of strategic seasonal marketing planning and execution to maximize sales and attract new customers.
  • Enhance localization by following local fashion and e-commerce trends, and improve the relevance of our assortment selection for local customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end communication strategy for all phases of the customer lifecycle, ensuring personalized messaging that boosts retention and loyalty.
  • Co-own the content and campaign strategies for the local homepage.
  • Implement, analyze, and refine onsite campaigns and navigation to optimize the customer journey and amplify business performance.
  • Define and manage a local brand cluster that resonates with regional tastes and preferences. 
  • Ensure the communication of locally relevant assortment effectively to engage our customers.
  • Engage daily with local and global teams across Marketing, Markets, and other key functions.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams, including content, social media, and copywriting, to develop impactful marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Regularly analyze marketing performance against budgets, utilizing insights to drive continuous improvement and meet targets within established timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on planning and executing local and regional marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth analytical understanding: Thorough knowledge of marketing KPIs and the use of analytical tools to measure performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Sharp eye for market dynamics and upcoming trends: Possess an in-depth understanding of the local fashion e-commerce competitive landscape, with a keen ability to anticipate and capitalize on emerging trends that resonate with our target audience.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficient command of Polish language is also required.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across creative and commercial functions.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing and problem-solving.
