We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Marketing International team, reporting to the Director of Commercial Marketing International.

Based in Paris, you will drive customer engagement, conversion, and revenue for your market by tailoring onsite content and CRM activities to local trends and behaviour.

In this role, you will act as the local marketing expert — curating daily Home Feed content across all key sections, highlighting relevant brands, and executing key commercial campaigns specific to the French market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Brand, CRM, Supply, and Tech to ensure the onsite experience is locally relevant, high-quality, and commercially effective.

This position is ideal for someone with strong commercial instincts, a passion for local consumer insights & fashion, and the ability to turn data and market knowledge into impactful content decisions that elevate the customer experience.

 

Responsibilities

 

Market Expertise & Commercial Planning

  • Build and maintain deep expertise in local customer behaviour and taste, key French brands, competitive dynamics, and market trends.
  • Plan and execute local commercial calendar.

 

Local Home Feed Management

  • Curate and update the local Home Feed on a daily basis, managing content across all key sections, ensuring content selection reflects local trends and needs.
  • Safeguard the quality of the local onsite experience by actively monitoring shop functionalities, copy, and content standards.

Local CRM Support

  • Support local CRM efforts by coordinating push notifications and newsletters aligned with onsite content and commercial priorities.
  • Ensure customer lifecycle messaging is locally relevant to strengthen retention and loyalty.

Supply Collaboration

  • Build close collaboration with the supply team to surface local assortment needs and gaps, ensuring market-level insights feed directly into sourcing decisions.
  • Proactively flag underrepresented brands or categories that are in demand in the French market.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with partners across Brand, CRM, Supply, and Tech to deliver cohesive, high-quality local campaigns.
  • Share insights with central teams, advocate for market needs, and support cross-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to flag issues and continuously improve the local shopping experience.

Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Monitor weekly performance across key local KPIs, with a primary focus on Home Feed revenue generation, and the impact of local CRM activity.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, search trends, and feedback to refine content strategy and enhance site relevance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally with French market focus and responsibility for local or regional campaign planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical capability, with solid understanding of key marketing KPIs and proficiency in using analytics tools to guide decisions.
  • Deep understanding of the local fashion e-commerce landscape and the ability to identify and leverage emerging trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
