As a HR Analytics & Compensation, Benefits Specialist you will play a key role at the intersection of Compensation, Benefits, HR Analytics, and HR Operations. You will support the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, deliver meaningful HR insights through reporting and analytics, and contribute to strategic People & Organization projects. Working closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders, you will help drive data-based decision-making while ensuring efficient, compliant, and employee-focused processes across multiple countries. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, benchmarking analyses, reward structures, pension schemes, and employee benefit programs. 

  • Administer benefits and long-term incentive (LTI) plans across multiple countries, acting as a key contact for employees and external providers. 

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, headcount, turnover, and people-related metrics. 

  • Deliver regular and ad hoc HR analytics to support decision-making across HR, Finance, and business leadership teams. 

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems, collaborating closely with Payroll, HR Services, HR Systems, and Controlling functions. 

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and HR analytics processes, including SAP SuccessFactors modules. 

  • Contribute to international HR projects, such as benefits rollouts, process harmonization, compliance initiatives, and data governance improvements. 

  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting quality, streamline recurring processes, and enhance the overall employee and stakeholder experience. 

 

Requirements:  

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 

  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, HR Operations, HR Controlling, or a comparable analytical role. 

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. 

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HR systems and reporting tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, or similar platforms. 

  • Knowledge of compensation processes, salary benchmarking, employee benefits administration, and HR reporting. 

  • Experience using AI and Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance analysis, reporting, and process efficiency. 

  • Structured and detail-oriented working style, with a high level of accuracy when handling sensitive and confidential data. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English required, with German considered an advantage.
