About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you will support our Chief Customer Officer in driving strategic alignment and execution across a broad and complex organization. The Chief Customer Officer oversees multiple business units, including Customer excellence, People, Internationalization, Marketing, and Sales, and leads a large group of direct reports. This role is critical in helping bring structure, clarity, and momentum across these areas.
You will act as a trusted thought partner to the Chief Customer Officer, helping to shape priorities, steer leadership discussions, and ensure that strategy translates into effective execution. This is a senior individual contributor role at Head of or Director level, combining strategic thinking with hands on delivery in a fast paced and international environment.
Responsibilities
• Act as a sparring partner to the Chief Customer Officer, supporting strategic and day to day topics across Customer, People, Internationalization, Marketing, and Sales
• Plan, structure, and facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring discussions are fact based, focused, and outcome driven
• Support the development, alignment, and communication of strategy across multiple business units
• Drive effective communication and alignment across senior leaders and key stakeholders
• Lead and support cross functional strategic initiatives from definition through execution and follow up
• Translate data and business insights into clear recommendations and decision support
• Help establish and maintain an effective operating rhythm, including planning cycles, reviews, and follow ups
• Support analysis of market, customer, and organizational developments to inform strategic direction
Qualifications
• At least ten years of professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, business operations, or a Chief of Staff or similar role in a fast growing organization
• Proven experience leading complex, cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong ability to operate as a thought partner to senior leaders while remaining hands on and execution focused
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership and operational teams
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear and actionable insights
• High level of ownership, discretion, and sound judgment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Very good English skills required, German language skills are an advantage
• Experience in e commerce, fashion, or consumer facing businesses is a plus
