Your responsibilities
- Play an integral role in the Product Campaign team to drive the revenue and growth targets of the Women's Apparel department
- Work closely in a matrixed environment with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute an international category strategy to accelerate growth and sales
- Ideated and executed online campaigns to drive category performance covering promotional strategies, calendar events, and product focus for the category Women’s Apparel
- Actively investigate and identified high-potential opportunities to build market share and drive customer engagement.
- In collaboration with the Buying team, you will manage the strategic planning and steering of the shoe assortment plan to drive a cohesive and exciting product offering
- Monitor and assess the performance of your category (including brand, season, and product type) and adapt the planning accordingly to drive targeted growth
- On a weekly and monthly basis, you will present analysis and recommendations for your category on a management level
About You
- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Communication and round off your passion for Product Marketing, Online Marketing, or E-Commerce with 3+ years of professional experience in the field.
- You have a passion for Fashion & Trends with a clear focus on sales and marketing
- With a highly analytical and data-driven mindset, you can balance both commercial and creative thinking
- Driven and motivated by performance and growth, you operate well as part of a team or independently
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can easily build strong professional relationships at all levels
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), JIRA, and Confluence is beneficial
