- Tworzenie atrakcyjnych wizualnie materiałów oraz terminowe dostarczanie cotygodniowego newslettera i materiałów POS, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem rynku polskiego
- Projektowanie materiałów drukowanych (np. mailingów drukowanych, ulotek, materiałów eventowych) na rynek polski
- Przygotowanie materiałów do druku oraz finalizacja plików produkcyjnych
- Wsparcie zespołu w opracowywaniu nowych koncepcji kreatywnych i pomysłów
- Współtworzenie style guide’ów oraz szablonów projektowych
- Dbanie o spójność identyfikacji wizualnej (CI) oraz wysokiej jakości estetykę premium i luxury w celu wzmacniania wizerunku marki
- Ścisła współpraca z działem Visual Merchandisingu oraz zewnętrznymi dostawcami
Wymagania:
- Ukończone studia z zakresu grafiki, komunikacji wizualnej lub porównywalne wykształcenie
- Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia zawodowego jako (Junior) Art Director, grafik lub na podobnym stanowisku, najlepiej w branży retail ze specjalizacją w druku
- Doskonałe wyczucie typografii, kolorów oraz języka wizualnego z naciskiem na estetykę premium i luxury
- Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu Adobe Creative Suite oraz doświadczenie z Midjourney i innymi narzędziami AI
- Umiejętność pracy w sposób uporządkowany i efektywnego zarządzania kilkoma projektami jednocześnie
- Kreatywność, umiejętność pracy zespołowej oraz dbałość o detale
- Wysoka samodzielność, komunikatywność i praktyczne podejście do pracy
- Biegła znajomość języka polskiego w mowie i piśmie

Responsibilities:
- Creating visually engaging materials and delivering weekly newsletters and POS assets on time, with a strong focus on the Polish market
- Designing printed materials such as direct mailers, flyers, and event collateral for the Polish market
- Preparing artwork for print production and finalising production-ready files
- Supporting the team in developing new creative concepts and ideas
- Assisting in the creation of style guides and design templates
- Ensuring a consistent brand identity (CI) and maintaining a premium, luxury-focused visual aesthetic to strengthen brand perception
- Working closely with the Visual Merchandising team and external suppliers
Requirements:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience as a (Junior) Art Director, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role, ideally within retail and with a focus on print design
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for premium and luxury aesthetics
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with experience using Midjourney and other AI tools
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Creative team player with excellent attention to detail
- High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach
- Fluent Polish, both written and spoken
