Reporting to the Head of Merchandising, you will bring planning excellence and analytical thinking, while successfully navigating the ever-changing environment of an expanding international business. Flexibility, adaptability, collaboration, critical-thinking and a commercial mindset will be key to being successful in this role.
Your Responsibilities:
• Support planning and buying teams with sales, stock and margin analysis at article and assortment level
• Support the merchandiser and buyers in planning and managing assortments across multiple brands
• Help prepare and manage orders, open-to-buy, and forecasting tools to ensure accurate stock and financial planning
• Support pricing, promotion and markdown decisions through data-driven insights
• Maintain and update KPI dashboards, reports and planning tools to support commercial decision-making
• Contribute to improving processes and tools to make planning and buying more efficient
Your Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and KPIs
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting or planning tools
• Well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams and external partners
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an interest in product and commercial performance
• Fluent in written and spoken English
