Your Responsibilities:

Support in analyzing automated customer service flows: You assist in reviewing automated customer service interactions, helping to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.

Help refine and test automation content: You support the team in editing and testing automated conversation flows for clarity, category recognition and customer relevance.

Assist with reporting and data collection: You help gather and organize key metrics such as deflection rate and customer satisfaction, contributing to the evaluation of automation performance.

Collaboration across teams: You work with the customer service team, tech teams and the tool providers to understand how AI tools are developed and improved.

Research and documentation: You support the creation of internal documentation, process notes, and best practice examples around AI-based customer service.
Your Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.

Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital customer experience.

Some familiarity with CRM or helpdesk systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.

Basic understanding of chatbots or automated workflows is helpful, but not required.

Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Confident communicator in English, German is a plus.

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
