Your responsibilities:
- You proactively assist the Buyers in the preparation of the stock offers and the order file master data filling for internal processing.
- You proactively monitor the tracking of the orders from contract creation to Purchase Order number issuance through to delivery and go live facilitating communication of data between Buying and Operations.
- You ensure that relevant order information gets shared efficiently across the team internal stakeholders.
- You support the Buying Directors in collating data related to the status of orders, shipments, go live.
Your qualifications:
- Ongoing education in fashion/management
- Skilled in Excel
- You are an effective communicator
- Fluent in English and German
