Your Responsibilities
- Lead store development projects across Europe from planning to store opening.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate external partners, including architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Retail, Procurement, IT, and Tech.
- Oversee tender processes, contractor selection, and commercial negotiations.
- Supervise on-site construction and fit-out activities to ensure high-quality execution.
Your Profile
- Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in store development, construction, or project management within retail.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CAD/DWG documentation.
- Fluent in English and German, with willingness to travel up to 60% across Europe.
