Your Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate weekly short‑ and mid‑term pricing activities for Retail Stores, closely aligned with current market, competitive and stock situations
- Define and continuously refine country‑, category‑ and store‑specific pricing strategies, considering local market dynamics and retail specifics
- Ensure an efficient, scalable and secure end‑to‑end pricing operation, covering tens of thousands of price changes per week across store networks
- Monitor and analyze competitor pricing in offline retail, and translate insights into clear pricing actions that balance competitiveness and profitability
- Analyze and interpret price elasticity and demand response in a retail context, proactively leveraging insights to steer pricing decisions
- Partner with Buying, Retail Operations, Supply and Analytics teams to ensure pricing decisions are well understood and executed in store
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in pricing, revenue management or a comparable analytical role within B2C Fashion Retail or E‑Commerce; hands‑on Retail experience is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and quantitative skillset, including price analysis, forecasting, scenario simulation and optimization
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate data into actionable business recommendations (e.g. Power BI, SQL)
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs and the trade‑offs between margin, sell‑through, competitiveness and inventory risk
- High level of ownership and proactivity – able to work independently, prioritize effectively and drive topics to completion in a complex organization
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical insights clearly to diverse audiences, including senior management
- Fluent business English (spoken and written); German language skills are a plus, especially in a retail environment
