Ready to take the next step in your career? As a Junior Specialist, you’ll play an active role in shaping how we scale customer service through automation, AI, and smart technologies. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Evaluate AI-driven service flows: You monitor chatbot and automation performance, assess customer interaction logs, and suggest improvements based on KPIs like deflection rate and customer satisfaction. 

  • Optimize and maintain automation journeys: You review and refine written flow content for clarity, logic, and tone. You identify gaps in automation and help shape new solutions to improve the customer experience. 

  • Support implementation of new service technologies: You assist in rolling out new automation systems and features, including voice-based support systems, in collaboration with product and tech teams. 

  • Data analysis & reporting: You work with both qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate the success of service automation, and deliver clear reports and insights to stakeholders. 

  • Collaboration & process improvement: You partner with process experts, IT, and CX teams to translate customer needs into automatable workflows and test improvements effectively. 

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field. 

  • 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced digital, consulting, or product-driven environment. Experience in customer service is not required, but a strong interest in customer-facing technology is essential. 

  • Interest and/or coursework in AI, automation, or conversational design is a strong plus. 

  • Basic understanding of chatbots, automation flows, and prompting techniques; bonus if you’ve built or tested flows yourself. 

  • Comfortable working with flowchart tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro) and interpreting service data. 

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Customer-first mindset with a keen sense of usability and empathy.
