Your Tasks:
- Navigate multiple systems and utilize multiple tools in order to prevent fraud across the entire Payments Partners’ Portfolio
- Daily review of customer transactions to detect/prevent fraud and other violations to mitigate and/or recover losses with relevant comprehensive documenting
- Handle and resolve dispute cases involving our supported payment methods, including PayPal, Klarna, Riverty and credit/debit card transactions
- Collaborate with other colleagues and business partners to improve and automate (where possible) our fraud prevention mechanisms, processes and tools by contributing ideas based on evolving fraud patterns and insights gained through your experience
- Support Junior Operations Payments Manager in analysis and adaptation of Fraud rules and procedures to maximize fraud detection success and to avoid false positives
- Learn and maintain strong domain knowledge of the world of fraud including prevention techniques and technologies
- Update documentation and processes of the area
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Service and Tech team, providing support on operational matters (e.g. capture or refund processing issues)
- Monitor and manage access to payment portals and user permissions
- Other Ad-hoc Fraud related activities in collaboration with Junior Operations Payments Manager
Requirements:
- Experience in online fraud prevention and handling
- Ability to balance fraud prevention alongside a positive customer experience
- Experience with ticketing systems (Salesforce, JIRA)
- Responsible, organized, dynamic and detail-oriented person
- Self-driven and self-motivated team player
- Capable of working efficiently in a high-volume work environment
