As Chief of Staff at BESTSECRET you will support our CEO driving the overarching strategic development of the company and build and maintain an effective ecosystem for leading the company. Your focus will lie on being sparring partner to our CEO, steering our S-Team, and driving our company priorities, all while working in close tandem with diverse stakeholders ranging from the senior leadership team to operational units.
Responsibilities:
· CEO sparring: Act as sparring partner to our CEO and support in strategic and day-to-day tasks
· S-Team steering: Lead and moderate S-Team meetings and facilitate our fact-based and result-oriented discussion culture by translating data into strategic insights, preparing sound proposals for specific challenges and facilitating/moderating strategic discussions
· Stakeholder management: Ensure appropriate communication across a variety of (senior) stakeholders to involve relevant stakeholders in our strategy development and ensure continuous alignment
· Project management: Manage overarching strategic initiatives (e.g., our company priorities) and support Business Unit initiatives
· Market intelligence: Enhance our understanding of market and competitive developments to draw the right conclusions for our own strategic direction
Requirements:
· You have at least 5 years of professional experience in relevant positions, ideally in top-tier strategy consulting, corporate development / within a CEO office, or a fast-growing start-up/scale-up
· You have team leadership experience and a proven track-record in leading complex strategic projects (e.g., as Engagement Manager / Project Leader)
· You possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage complex stakeholder groups across all levels, including senior management
· You display exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities combined with structured problem-solving skills
· You communicate complex topics effectively in English (German is an advantage)
· Familiarity with fashion and / or e-commerce would be an advantage
