Deine Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Analytics oder vergleichbar

Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Process Mining, Controlling oder Finance

Gute Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse und Visualisierung (z. B. Power BI)

As a Business Performance Analyst at BESTSECRET, you are responsible for data-driven analysis and monitoring of financial processes. You identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities across end-to-end processes and develop meaningful dashboards as well as monitoring solutions. In close collaboration with Finance, IT, and business units, you drive continuous improvement, transparency, and automation of processes.
Your Responsibilities:

Conducting process mining analyses to increase transparency and optimize financial processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R)

Deriving actionable recommendations for process improvement and automation

Your Qualifications:
