As a (Senior) IT Project Manager Infrastructure (m/f/d), you will drive the operational planning and execution of complex, cutting-edge infrastructure initiatives that shape the future of our IT landscape. In this role, you’ll collaborate across multiple IT domains, connecting technical teams with business units to deliver innovative solutions that truly make a difference.
Your Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project coordination, serving as the primary interface between operational and technical departments, both internal and external.

Ensure the achievement of project goals in terms of scope, schedule, budget, and quality — including scoping, scheduling, status monitoring and reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Further develop and optimize project methodologies and processes in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Prepare and lead workshops, presentations, and status meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
Your Qualifications

Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a related field, complemented by several years of relevant professional experience.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in IT project management, particularly in implementing complex IT infrastructure projects within medium-sized or large organizations.

Ideally certified in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, or PMBOK.

Strong IT affinity with hands-on experience in IT operations and infrastructure projects; passion for technology and innovation.

Structured, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Fluent in both German and English.
