As (Senior) Strategy Manager Supply at BESTSECRET, you will help shape and build the Supply (Buying) Unit of the future. Partnering directly with the Supply Senior Leadership Team, you will take end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives and drive meaningful impact across one of the most critical functions of the business. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that key priorities are translated into measurable results while continuously advancing the way the Supply Unit operates.
Kindly note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract with an option for extension.
Your Responsibilities

Own and drive strategic initiatives and key priorities across the Supply Unit, ensuring measurable business impact from concept through implementation.

Partner closely with Supply senior leadership to shape, challenge, and refine the Unit’s strategic direction through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and decision-making support.

Lead cross-functional projects and senior stakeholders, driving alignment and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Act as Chief of Staff to the Supply Leadership Team by coordinating leadership routines, facilitating leadership meetings, and ensuring focus on the most critical business priorities.

Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while helping build a more focused, effective, and future-ready organization.
Your Qualification

At least 4 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development, a CEO Office, or a fast-growing scale-up environment.

Proven track record of leading complex strategic projects and independently driving initiatives in dynamic, cross-functional environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations, decisions, and actions.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across all organizational levels.

Experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods is advantageous

Hands-on, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented mindset with high ownership, accountability, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively in English; German language skills are an advantage.
