Our Data Science team enables the company to make data-driven decisions based on complex data using machine learning. As a key team member, you will strengthen and scale our existing ML solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and well integrated into our data and platform landscape.
Your Responsibilities

Take ownership of improving, hardening, and scaling existing machine learning solutions where business strategy and use cases are already defined (using PyTorch, LightGBM, XGBoost, scikit-learn and similar).

Productionize ML models by focusing on performance, reliability, monitoring, and cost efficiency across the full ML lifecycle.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and streaming solutions (e.g. Kafka topics) to ensure timely and reliable data availability for ML use cases.

Collaborate closely with MLOps engineers to further develop and scale our ML platform (CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring, feature stores).

Ensure best practices in software engineering, testing, observability, and documentation for ML systems.

Partner with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers to turn validated models into production-grade services.
Your Qualifications
-
Several years of professional experience as a Machine Learning (Operations) Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Software Engineer, or in a similar role with a strong focus on production ML systems.

Strong programming skills in Python and very good knowledge of software engineering principles (versioning, testing, CI/CD).

Solid experience with MLOps concepts and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, model deployment, monitoring, and experiment tracking.

Hands-on experience with data engineering technologies and patterns, ideally including Kafka, batch and streaming pipelines, and data warehouses.

Good understanding of machine learning models and workflows, with a focus on operationalization rather than exploratory modeling.

Experience working in cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure) and collaborating in cross-functional teams.

You are a quality-focused engineer with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

Strong English communication skills.
