We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and help us scale and strengthen the cloud foundation behind our fast-growing e-commerce ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in reliability, automation, and continuous improvement — working in a collaborative, engineering-driven environment. 

 
Your Responsibilities: 

• Operate, optimize, and evolve a scalable Azure-based cloud platform with strong focus on reliability, security, and performance. 

• Manage and improve messaging and data infrastructure including Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB. 

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to ensure consistent and reproducible environments. 

• Design and operate Kubernetes-based container platforms for microservices workloads. 

• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and scripting. 

• Work closely with engineering teams to improve observability, monitoring, and incident response. 

• Participate in an on-call rotation and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. 

 
Your Qualifications: 

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, confidently operating and evolving cloud-native environments with reliability and scalability in mind. 

• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform, and a genuine appreciation for automation, clean architecture, and reproducible environments. 

• Solid expertise in Kubernetes and containerized workloads, with a good understanding of how microservices architectures behave in production. 

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and improving developer experience through scripting and tooling. 

• Practical knowledge of data and messaging systems, including Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB — understanding how they perform, scale, and fail in real-world scenarios. 

• A good understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and observability principles, with the ability to improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes. 

• Familiarity with modern DevOps tooling, such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions, Helm, Confluent Kafka, or Azure data services — or the curiosity and drive to learn them quickly. 

• Strong communication skills in English, combined with a collaborative mindset, ownership mentality, and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
